Tyler Paquette returns to Hockey Valley for fifth year

By Joshua Bartosik

Former Penn State forward Tyler Paquette announced he is returning to Penn State for his fifth collegiate season on Friday after entering the transfer portal on March 21.

The senior tallied six goals and nine points in 27 games after missing the first nine games of the season due to injury.

Paquette’s Penn State career consists of 24 goals and 16 assists with the blue and white, including back-to-back 15-point seasons during his sophomore and junior campaigns.

The 6-foot-3 skater was the first of five Penn State players to enter the transfer portal, and the only player to return to the Nittany Lions, adding a much-needed body to next year's squad.
