
Trump survives gunshot, investigation still undergoing
BUTLER, Pa. — Donald Trump survived a weekend assassination attempt days before accepting the Republican presidential nomination.
During a campaign speech, Trump was shot in the right ear, but his campaign reports that he is in good condition with only a minor wound.
The suspect was a 20-year-old Pennsylvania man, who was both a registered Republican and a Democratic donor, was killed.
