Joe Humphreys is a local legend: he's a fly fishing expert who's hosted celebrities and a President on the trout streams of central PA. He's also had a major impact on Penn State students over the years. Reporter Haley Jacobs spent time with Joe, talking with him about his lifelong love of fishing, his impact at Penn State, and his long friendship with former President Jimmy Carter.
