I am a massive music fan and throughout the years I have listened to many incredible albums. I decided it would be fun to conclude my journey at CommRadio by giving readers a look into my favorite songs and albums of all time. To start, here are my top 100 albums of all time.

100. “Freya Ridings” - Freya Ridings

An impressive debut album! Favorite Songs include: “Poison,” “Castles,” Lost Without You”

99. “Flower Boy” - Tyler, The Creator

Not my favorite Tyler but this is still a great listen. Favorite Songs include: “Who Dat Boy,” “See You Again,” “I Ain’t Got Time”

98. “Motomami” - Rosalía

This album is filled with bops with so much personality. Favorite Songs include: “Hentai,” Saoko,” “Bizcochito”

97. “Anti” - Rihanna

Rihanna is an icon for a reason. Favorite Songs include: “Desperado,” “Love on the Brain,” “Needed Me”

96. “Starboy” - The Weeknd

My favorite album from the incredibly talented artist. Favorite Songs include: “Sidewalks,” “Secrets,” “Party Monster”

95. “Descender” - Andrew Wyatt

The mega-talented producer and lead singer of “Miike Snow” released a stellar solo project with some incredible tracks. Favorite Songs include: “Harlem Boyzzz,” “And Seprtimus…,” “Decender (Death of 1000 Cuts)”

94. “Aperture” - Hannah Jadagu

I am fortunate to know the incredibly talented Jadagu and she has the potential to be a huge star and this album is a step in the best direction. Favorite Songs include: “Warning Sign,” “What You Did,” “Lose”

93. “Blue Banister” - Lana Del Rey

Great album with my favorite interlude of all time. Favorite Songs include: “Nectar of the Gods,” “Interlude - The Trio,” “Thunder”

92. “Sucker Punch” - Sigrid

Norwegian pop at its finest. Favorite Songs include: “Don’t Kill My Vibe,” “Strangers,” “Dynamite”

91. “Dua Lipa” - Dua Lipa

One of the best pop stars of our generation entered the mainstream with this fantastic debut. Favorite Songs include: “IDGAF,” “Blow Your Mind (Mwah),” “Be the One”

90. “17” - XXXTentacion

There is a lot of surprisingly strong songwriting and production on this album. Favorite Songs include: “Jocelyn Flores,” “Everybody Dies in Their Nightmares,” “F**K Love”

89. “What an Enormous Room” - TORRES

Torres’ latest project is quite strong yet falls a bit farther behind her past few projects. Favorite Songs include: “Collect,” “Jerk into Joy,” “Happy Man’s Shoes”

88. “Zach Bryan” - Zach Bryan”

While I am not a massive country fan, I can agree with the public that Zach Bryan is truly talented. Favorite Songs include: “Hey Driver,” “Spotless,” “East Side of Sorrow”

87. “Body” - Transviolet

The latest album from one of my favorite bands. Favorite Songs include: “Destroy Destroy Destroy,” “Love and Power,” “Supernatural”

86. “?” - XXXTentacion

It is quite tragic X passed away since he kept on improving his sound and had the potential to be one of the greatest rappers of all time. Favorite Songs include: “The Remedy of a Broken Heart.” “I Don’t Even Speak Spanish lol,” “Changes”

85. “Emails I Can’t Send” - Sabrina Carpenter

Carpenter has truly improved her sound because this album is very strong. Favorite Songs include: “Vicious,” “Skinny Dipping,” “Nonsense”

84. “Sick Boy” - The Chainsmokers

While I do not like this group anymore, I must admit this song has a few really great tracks. Favorite Songs include: “Hope,” “Sick Boy,” “Side Effects”

83. “Planet Her” - Doja Cat

One of the most entertaining pop/rap albums of the last few years. Favorite Songs include: “I Don’t Do Drugs,” “Get Into It (Yuh),” “Need to Know”

82. “Songs from 3am” - Carobae

An impressive debut album that I still come back to. Favorite Songs include: “I Don’t Miss U,” “Just One Night,” “Rock Bottom”

81. “No Rules Sandy” - Sylvan Esso

This album is a banger! Favorite Songs include: “Echo Party,” “Didn’t Care,” “Alarm”

80. “Blood Harmony” - FINNEAS

FINNEAS is a crazy talented producer, writer, and singer and happy he got to showcase all of that on this great piece of work. Favorite Songs include: “I Lost a Friend,” “Die Alone,” “Shelter”

79. “Motordrome” - MØ

MØ is such an underrated pop star, and this album is proof of that. Favorite Songs include: “Wheelspin,” “New Moon,” “Goosebumps”

78. “Sweet Justice” - TKay Maidza

Fortunate Maidza opened for Billie Eilish or I wouldn’t have found this fantastic album with a great blend of R&B, pop, and rap. Favorite Songs include: “WUACV,” “Ghost,” “Ring-a-ling”

77. “How Do You Sleep At Night?” - Teezo Touchdown

Teezo has the potential to be a huge star since this debut album is so unique and quite engaging throughout. Favorite Songs include: “Daddy Mamma Drama,” “Impossible,” “Mood Swings”

76. “Rumors” - Fleetwood Mac

This album is a classic for a reason. Favorite Songs include: “Dreams,” “Go Your Own Way,” “The Chain”

75. “Evermore” - Taylor Swift

My favorite album from the megastar. Favorite Songs include: “No Body No Crime,” “Champagne Problems,” “Cowboy Like Me”

74. “Kid Krow” - Conan Gray

Dan Nigro is such a fantastic producer, and Conan has the ability to perfectly blend ballads and great pop tracks. Favorite Songs include: “The Story,” “Mania,” “Wish You Were Sober”

73. “Petals for Armor” - Hayley Williams

Was never the biggest Paramore fan but surprisingly fell in love with the solo album from the lead singer.. Favorite Songs include: “Dead Horse,” “Crystal Clear,” “Roses/Lotus/Violet/Iris”

72. “Desire, I Want to Turn Into You” - Caroline Polacheck

Polacheck is so unique and I love how strange her vocals and production can be. Favorite Songs include: “Bunny is a Rider,” “Blood and Butter,” “Smoke”

71. “KIDS” - Noga Erez

Erez is a true star who will hopefully gain some recognition in the States soon. Favorite Songs include: “You So Done,” “End of the Road,” “Views”

70. “The Gods We Can Touch” - AURORA

AURORA is one of my absolute favorite vocalists and this album is able to showcase her unbelievable talent. Favorite Songs include: “Heathens,” “Cure For Me,” “A Temporary High”

69. “Turbulence” - Ella Vos

A great album from such a talented artist. Favorite Songs include: “Dancing Underwater,” “Carousel,” “Dreaming Backwards”

68. “Astroworld” - Travis Scott

This is a go-to rap album with some of my favorite rap tracks of all time. Favorite Songs include: “5% Tint,” “Stop Trying to Be God,” “NC-17”

67. “Pet Sounds” - Beach Boys

Another classic that is a standout album from my childhood. Favorite Songs include: “Wouldn’t It Be Nice,” “God Only Knows,” “Pet Sounds”

66. “Preacher’s Daughter” - Ethel Cain

I love conceptual albums! I love them even more when they are executed perfectly. Favorite Songs include: “Gibson Girl,” “American Teenager,” “Ptolomea”

65. “Labrinth, Sia & Diplo Present… LSD” - LSD

Never expected a collab album from Labrinth, Sia, and Diplo but so happy they came together to create a great electro-pop album. Favorite Songs include: “Thunderclouds,” “Mountains,” “No New Friends”

64. “Laurel Hell” - Mitski

Was fortunate to see Mitski perform live which gave me even more appreciation for this album. Favorite Songs include: “Stay Soft,” “Working For the Knife,” “The Only Heartbreaker”

63. “Cool It Down” - Yeah Yeah Yeahs

A fantastic comeback from one of the most influential groups from the 2000s. Favorite Songs include: “Burning,” “Wolf,” “Blacktop”

62. “Fruit” - The As

Yet another successful collab album, this one featuring the vocalists of Sylvan Esso and Mountain Man creating fantastic new folk songs mixed with some great covers. Favorite Songs include: “Wedding Dress,” “When I Die,” “He Needs Me”

61. “New Skin” - VÉRITÉ

This was my introduction to one of my favorite singers, so it holds a very special place in my heart. Favorite Songs include: “Body in My Bed,” “Think of Me,” “Youth”

60. “Five Seconds Flat” - Lizzy McAlpine

Some of the best songwriting to come out of 2022 (and it came out on my birthday) Favorite Songs include: “Hate to Be Lame,” “Ceilings,” “Reckless Driving”

59. “Solar Power” - Lorde

Lorde is without a doubt one of my favorite artists of all time and while this may be her worst, it is still a fantastic album with some standout tracks. Favorite Songs include: “California,” “Stoned at the Nail Salon,” “Mood Ring”

58. “Heard It in a Past Life” - Maggie Rogers

Indie pop at its finest. Favorite Songs include: “On + Off,” “Alaska,” “Fallingwater”

57. “Silver Tongue” - TORRES

My introduction to TORRES and an album I still come back to four years later. Favorite Songs include: “Records of Your Tender,” “Good Grief,” “Gracious Day”

56. “Dance Fever” - Florence + The Machines

A spectacular project which is my favorite Florence album to date. Favorite Songs include: “My Love,” “Dream Girl Evil,” “Daffodil”

55. “IGOR” - Tyler, The Creator

A truly impressive feat of writing that proves Tyler is one of the greatest artists of our generation. Favorite Songs include: “Gone Gone/Thank You,” “Earfquake,” “New Magic Wand”

54. “London Calling” - The Clash

This was my favorite album to listen to as a kid and it stands up to this date. Favorite Songs include: “Lost at the Supermarket,” “London Calling,” “Train in Vain”

53. “Queen” - Nicki Minaj

Nicki Minaj may be controversial but she continuously proves she is the queen of rap. Favorite Songs include: “Majesty,” “LLC,” “Good Form”

52. “Plastic Hearts” - Miley Cyrus

Cyrus has had such a wild career but this album proves she needs to keep making modern rock, cause she is fantastic at it. Favorite Songs include: “Night Crawling,” “Plastic Hearts,” “Hate Me”

51. “Mr. Morale and the Big Steppers” - Kendrick Lamar

I never dove deep into Kendrick’s discography but decided to give it a shot with his latest album, and man he truly is one of the best rappers to ever do it. Favorite Songs include: “Mother I Sober,” “Crown,” “United in Grief”

50. “California Soil” - London Grammar

One of my first articles for CommRadio involved reviewing this album, and so happy I was able to delve deep into this album cause it’s amazing. Favorite Songs include: “Lose Your Head,” “Call Your Friends,” “All My Love”

49. “SWEAT” - Magic Bronson

Another album I had the chance to review from one of my favorite bands who I discovered when they opened for Transviolet on tour. This is a very engaging album and I may or may not be featured in the music video for “Tell All Your Friends” off the album. Favorite Songs include: “Surfin,” “Tell All Your Friends,” “ITILYN”

48. “Sour” - Olivia Rodrigo

Yet another stellar debut on this list. An incredible pop record that is definitely a standout of the 2020s. Favorite Songs include: “Jealousy, Jealousy,” “Favorite Crime,” “Drivers License”

47. “The Record” - Boygenius

While I do love all three vocalists, their combined power to create magical indie pop/rock music is unmatched. Favorite Songs include: “Emily, I’m Sorry,” “Not Strong Enough,” “True Blue”

46. “Born to Die” - Lana Del Rey

Such an iconic album with songs that I still have on rotation 12 years later. Favorite Songs include: “Video Games,” “National Anthem,” “Diet Mountain Dew”

45. “Apart” - LÉON

Loved being able to review this album for CommRadio and love how sincere this album truly is. Favorite Songs include: “And it Breaks My Heart,” “Crazy/Stupid,” “Apart”

44. “Lately I Feel EVERYTHING” - WILLOW

So happy I gave this album a chance cause this pop-rock blend is fantastic. Favorite Songs include: “Come Home,” “XTRA,” “Lipstick”

43. “Aurora” - Bea Miller

2018 Jack was obsessed with this album. It still mostly holds up. Favorite Songs include: “Buy Me Diamonds,” “Motherlove,” “To the Grave”

42. “Did You Know That There’s a Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd” - Lana Del Rey

Lana’s latest project is one of her bests with some of her most experimental production and stunning vocals. Favorite Songs include: “A&W,” “Paris, Texas,” “Did You Know That There’s a Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd”

41. “The Forever Story” - JID

My favorite rap album of 2022, and seeing him perform it live made me like it even more. Favorite Songs include: “Surround Sound,” “Dance Now,” “Kody Blu 31”

40. “Comic Strip” - Serge Gainsbourg

The oldest album on my list comes from the French star that was a staple in my household growing up. Favorite Songs include: “Initials B.B.,” “Ford Mustang,” “Bonnie And Clyde”

39. “Free Love” - Sylvan Esso

An incredible electric pop album with songs that I constantly come back to. Favorite Songs include: “Ring,” “Runaway,” “Numb”

38. “The Land is Inhospitable and So Are We” - Mitski

My favorite album from Mitski comes from her latest release which has given me even more respect for the singer-songwriter. Favorite Songs include: “Bug Like an Angel,” “The Frost,” “My Love Mine All Mine”

37. “I Don't Know Who Needs to Hear This” - Tomberlin

I discovered Tomberlin a week before this album came out which I considered to be fate. And thank god I did cause I absolutely adore this album. Favorite Songs include: “Stoned,” “Born Again Runner,” “Tap”

36. “All That Emotion” - Hannah Georgas

This album has such an incredible vibe and I love it. Favorite Songs include: “Pray it Away,” “Someone I Don’t Know,” “Just a Phase”

35. “Future Nostalgia” - Dua Lipa

This is modern-day pop at its finest. Favorite Songs include: “Love Again,” “Hallucinate,” Physical”

34. “Blurryface” - Twenty One Pilots

Yes…. I was a Twenty One Pilots kid. I loved this album but you know what…. I stand by it. Favorite Songs include: “Polarize,” “The Judge,” “Goner”

33. “Valley” - Transviolet

Had the chance to meet the band before they performed this album. I fell in love with them then I fell in love with their music. Now I am obsessed. Favorite Songs include: “Long Shot,” “Undo,” “Under”

32. “Portals” - Melanie Martinez

While this album is my least favorite of hers it is still a really great project that just missed my top 30. Favorite Songs include: “Nymphology,” “Death,” “Evil”

31. “The Pinkprint” - Nicki Minaj

Nicki solidified her crown with this record and no one can take this masterful rap album away from her. Favorite Songs include: “The Night is Still Young,” “Grand Piano,” “Pills and Potions”

30. “Pure Heroine” - Lorde

I love Lorde with my whole heart and cherish the album that brought me my favorite song of hers and the beginning of her sensational career. Favorite Songs include: “Buzzcut Season,” “Ribs,” “Team”

29. “Masseduction” - St. Vincent

To this day I always say I am a huge St. Vincent fan. In reality, I am a huge “Masseduction” fan and like her other work. Favorite Songs include: “Slow Disco,” “New York,” “Los Ageless”

28. “High Dive” - SHAED

This album is a certified bop with some of the most unique and energetic pop music of the 2020s. Favorite Songs include: “Dizzy,” “High Dive,” “Osaka”

27. “Norman F**king Rockwell” - Lana Del Rey

Lana’s best album that truly is a contender for the album of our generation. Such an influential album that is Lana at her peak. Favorite Songs include: “Cinnamon Girl,” “F**k It I Love You,” “Doin’ Time”

26. “Good Luck Kid” - JOSEPH

I love good harmonies in music. This should be called, “Harmonies the album”. Which is why I adore this record. Favorite Songs include: “Revolving Door,” “In My Head,” “Good Luck Kid”

25. “S.I.D.E.S.” - Alice Merton

Merton deserves so much more recognition as an incredible pop artist. This album has too many bangers to count. Favorite Songs include: “Vertigo,” “Mania,” “Hero”

24. “Late Bloomer” - TOMI

I absolutely adore TOMI and after being a fan of hers for 6 years she finally released an album. And oh boy did she make it worth the wait. Favorite Songs include: “NUN,” “If I Could,” “Thought I’d Wait, Then I Waited”

23. “The Hardest Part” - Noah Cyrus

Noah Cyrus, the incredibly talented sister of Miley, struck gold with this album. It is insanely heartfelt and features some of the catchiest choruses of 2022. Favorite Songs include: “I Just Want a Lover,” “My Side of the Bed,” “Mr. Percocet”

22. “From 2 to 3” - Peach Pit

Hearing this album live gave me a whole new perspective and made me appreciate it as a spectacular indie folk rock blend. Favorite Songs include: “Drips on a Wire,” “Everything About You,” “Pepsi on the House”

21. “iii” - Miike Snow

It is a travesty that this album which came out in 2016 is the latest album from Miike Snow. While this is a fantastic album, I just wish there was more. If we were to never get new music at least they went out with a bang. Favorite Songs include: “Genghis Khan,” “Back of the Car,” “Lonely Life”

20. “Thirstier” - TORRES

This is peak TORRES. Insanely catchy choruses, booming instrumentals, and wild vocals. This is definitely worth a listen for any indie rock fans. Favorite Songs include: “Thirstier,” “Don’t Go Puttin Wishes in My Head,” “Drive Me”

19. “Words I Never Said” - Ella Vos

My introduction to Vos’ music was this spectacular record that features many of my favorite songs from the artist. Favorite Songs include: “Mother (Don’t Cry),” “I Know You Care,” “Little Brother”

18. “K-12” - Melanie Martinez

As I said earlier I love a conceptual album done well and this one is done perfectly. Favorite Songs include: “Orange Juice,” “Strawberry Shortcake,” “Lunchbox Friends”

17. “Love You Forever” - VÉRITÉ

Hearing a stripped-down version of this version live was transcendent. This is such a powerful and cohesive project that I can’t wait to listen to for the next few years. Favorite Songs include: “Love You Forever,” “Temporary,” “I Would Leave You”

16. “Happier Than Ever” - Billie Eilish

A spectacular sophomore showing from Eilish. Cannot wait for the third album coming soon. Favorite Songs include: “Happier Than Ever,” “OverHeated,” “Goldwing”

15. “Born to Rule” - Transviolet

Transviolet’s best album to date is a masterclass on indie pop. Favorite Songs include: “Freak Like Me,” “Don’t Say You Love Me,” “All My Sins”

14. “Evil Plans” - Magic Bronson

This album is pure fun that makes me happy anytime I put it on. Favorite Songs include: “Night Owl,” “Knock it Off,” “Nervous”

13. “Here Comes Trouble” - Charlotte OC

Charlotte OC deserves so much more love. This album is nearly perfect and I adore her style of pop music. This album is without a doubt worth a listen. Favorite Songs include: “Blue Boy,” “Where Do We Go,” “Inevitable”

12. “I Am the Dog” - Sir Chloe

An incredible indie rock album that was the soundtrack of my 2023 summer. Favorite Songs include: “Daddy’s Car,” “Obsession,” “Hooves”

11. “The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess” - Chappell Roan

My favorite album of last year and I am elated that I am seeing her perform this album live last year. I found Chappell Roan in 2017 with her first single “Good Hurt” and fell in love. I have followed her career since then and while it was 6 years in the making it was absolutely worth the wait. Favorite Songs include: “Naked in Manhattan,” “Pink Pony Club,” “Guilty Pleasure”

10. “The English Riviera” - Metronomy

A perfect electronic pop album. Unbelievable instrumentation, great choruses, and super intriguing vocals. This album is without a doubt worth a listen. Favorite Songs include: “Everything Goes My Way,” “We Broke Free,” “Corinne”

9. “Crybaby” - Melanie Martinez

My favorite conceptual album of all time is a truly formative album for me. Favorite Songs include: “Pacify Her,” “Training Wheels,” “Carousel”

8. “Mint” - Alice Merton

As I stated before. As a society, we must put more respect on Merton’s name. Favorite Songs include: “Learn to Live,” “I Don’t Hold a Grudge,” “No Roots”

7. “Call Me If You Get Lost” - Tyler, The Creator

My favorite rap album of all time and the reason I consider Tyler one of the greatest artists of our generation. Truly a masterful album. Favorite Songs include: “Sweet/Thought You Wanted to Dance,” “Hot Wind Blows,” “Juggernaut”

6. “Wet Leg” - Wet Leg

I am obsessed with Wet Leg and their incredibly unique version of alternative pop music. This album is pure magic. Favorite Songs include: “Angelica,” “Piece of S**t,” “Loving You”

5. “When We All Fall Asleep Where Do We Go?” - Billie Eilish

When I discovered Billie Eilish in 2017 I never expected her to be the biggest pop star of our generation. I fell in love with her and was delighted when her EP was released. Never did I expect her to release such a transformative album. What a stunning album with so much personality. This is a modern classic for a reason. Favorite Songs include: “Ilomilo,” “When the Party’s Over,” “My Strange Addiction”

4. “You and Your Friends” - Peach Pit

Peach Pit is my favorite band of all time. I remember waiting til midnight to listen to this track. I instantly fell in love with this record and every year I fall more in love with this album and become more obsessed with particular songs. This album should be on everyone’s radar. Favorite Songs include: “Figure 8,” “Thursday,” “Live at the Swamp”

3. “Being So Normal” - Peach Pit

This is a perfect album. A truly beautiful album that makes me laugh, cry, dance, and reflect. I love this album with all my heart and continuously come back to it. Listening to some of these tracks live just made me appreciate it even more. Favorite Songs include: “Private Presley,” “Chagu’s Sideturn,” “Hot Knifer”

2. “Miike Snow” - Miike Snow

When I hear this album I think of my family. I have listened to this album way too many times. It was the soundtrack to every road trip, party, and event for my family. I love this album and think that it is a perfect blend of electronic pop fusion with brilliant production and spectacular vocals. Favorite Songs include: “A Horse is Not a Home,” “Song for No One,” “Plastic Jungle”

1. “Melodrama” - Lorde

This will most likely always be my favorite album of all time. It is insanely personal to me and gave me some of my fondest memories. I think this is a perfect pop album that deserves all the recognition it gets. While it may be basic it is basic for a reason because it is a brilliant showcase of production, song writing, and vocals. I love this album with every bone in my body and will continue to listen to this album forever. Favorite Songs include: “Sober II (Melodrama),” “Sober,” “Homemade Dynamite”
