Police, Penn State Prepare for State Patty's Weekend
Saint Patrick's Day is still a few weeks away, but at Penn State the student-created "State Patty's" is here. That means plenty of partying and lots of worrying for police and Penn State University. Reporter Lauren Reehl explains why.
