Samson Kpardeh no longer with Penn State men’s soccer program
Sophomore forward Samson Kpardeh is no longer with the Penn State men’s soccer team, the team announced Tuesday. Head coach Jeff Cook said Kpardeh did not return to Penn State after the 2023 fall semester.
“Unfortunately, Samson did not return for the spring semester, so he’s not actually been at Penn State since finals last December.”
Kpardeh had a strong first year with the Nittany Lions, playing in 19 matches, starting 12, and tallying a pair of goals and assists. The freshman started every match in Penn State's Big Ten playoff run and scored the tying goal against Ohio State in the Nittany Lions' win over the Buckeyes on penalties.
