Penn State Timely Warning Alerts
They are called "Timely Warnings" and they are sent out to alert the campus community about potential crime threats. This semester only three have been issued. That's less than in recent years. Does that mean less crime is happening? Less reporting? Or, has something else changed? Reporter Courtney McGinley has the story.
