Penn State men’s hockey announced its non-conference schedule for the 2024-25 season with a total of ten games.

The Nittany Lions will kick off their season in the Last Frontier, an 11-hour drive to Alaska Fairbanks. Then, they head to Connecticut to take on the Quinnipiac Bobcats, two years removed from a national championship, who lost in the second round to runner-up Boston College in last year's NCAA Tournament.

Penn State welcomes St. Lawrence at home, who it beat 4-1 in Canton last season. Over Thanksgiving break, Colgate comes to Pegula in head coach Mike Harder’s second season with the Raiders.

Over the holiday break, the Nittany Lions will head to the nation’s capital to take on Army West Point in the first Capital Hockey Classic at Capital One Arena. The last time the two squads dueled, Penn State beat Army in the program’s largest comeback victory in its history.

Finally, Canisus will come to Hockey Valley on Jan. 17 and 18 for the final non-conference series.

Fans should be on the lookout for ticket announcements soon.
