NFL top 10: wide receiever trios
While there are many teams in the NFL with elite wide receiver duos, this list is about the best trios so don’t be upset if your team isn’t higher on the list just because you have a top pair of wideouts.
1. Seattle Seahawks
If you’ve ever just had thoughts about what a three-headed monster may look like, look no further than the Seahawks' receiving core to find it.
With the brute strength and power of DK Metcalf, the speed and hands of Tyler Lockett, and the young, raw athleticism of Jaxon Smith-Njigba, this team easily sits at the top of the list.
2. Houston Texans
First, Tank Dell looks amazing with CJ Stroud but then he suffers a season-ending injury, then Nico Collins does the same thing and now they go out and trade for Stefon Diggs.
I don’t want to say that this team has three number ones, but when it comes down to it, truly all three of these guys can step up and make big-time plays.
3. Miami Dolphins
You wanna see some real speed? The Miami Dolphins have one of if not the fastest wide receiver cores in the entire league in Tyreek Hill, Jaylen Waddle and Braxton Berrios.
With both Hill putting up nearly 1,800 receiving yards and 13 touchdowns, and Waddle putting up over 1,000 yards last season this was easily one of the most unguardable duos in the league.
If they had a third top wide receiver they’d easily be first but if Braxton Berrios can step up into a larger role this season which he’s more than capable of, they could easily be number one by next year.
4. San Francisco 49ers
I think that this trio could truly be higher on the list but due to Deebo Samuel and Brandon Aiyuk’s struggles in the Super Bowl, I feel like this is a good spot for them.
5. Philadelphia Eagles
Swole Batman, Skinny Batman and DeVante Parker. The Eagles easily had the biggest collapse of any team from last season at the end of the year and while it may seem bad, the offense wasn’t a huge part of the problem.
AJ Brown has found his way to be the enforcer on the offense, not only by being extremely strong and fast but by solidifying his hands and making some improbable catches.
Brown and former Heisman winner DeVonta Smith give a nice one-two punch similar to Metcalf and Lockett and can spread defenses. Now they take a shot by adding Parker into the mix, I think he can prove something and be a decent piece.
6. Los Angeles Rams
If it was any other year, Puka Nacua easily would’ve won offensive rookie of the year after his record-breaking season, where he got the rookie receptions and receiving yards records with 105 catches for 1,486 yards.
Now you bring back Cooper Kupp, the former Triple Crown winner who was injured for a majority of the season last year, and you re-sign Demarcus Robinson, this offense is legit.
People need to realize that when Kupp is healthy he’s a top-five receiver in the league and if the other two play as well as they did last year, this squad can make another playoff run.
7. Cincinnati Bengals
Last year, this team easily had a top-three trio in the league but as we all know things change, players move on and injuries happen.
Ja’Marr Chase is still that guy no matter who the quarterback is and while it’s unknown whether Tee Higgins will stick with the team after requesting a trade, they’re going to need some guys to step up.
With Trenton Irwin lined up to be the wide receiver three in the lineup after the Bengals let Tyler Boyd walk, they dropped off a bit.

8. Dallas Cowboys
CeeDee Lamb is always going to be the go-to guy for Dak Prescott getting at least 10 targets per game, Brandin Cooks is going to be the safety valve to throw underneath, and Jalen Tolbert is just tapping into his potential.
There is some serious threat here from this trio and while people may always hate on the Cowboys, there’s no doubting that this is not a group you wanna have to play against on any Sunday.
9. Chicago Bears
The Chicago Bears have been making moves the last few years, and the wide receiver position has been greatly upgraded in preparation for their quarterback who will most likely be Caleb Williams with the first overall pick.
After trading back with the Panthers and getting DJ Moore from the Panthers, the Bears went out and got Keenan Allen from the Chargers, setting up a very good receiving core for a new rookie quarterback.
10. Minnesota Vikings
While the core may not be the strongest right now, it’s impossible to leave the best wide receiver in the league off of this list in Justin Jefferson.
He is an elite playmaker, inside or out, can run nasty routes and has incredible hands. Jefferson along with Jordan Addison, the promising young rookie, and either Brandon Powell or Trent Sherfield will always be electric playmakers on the field.
