Mt. Nittany Medical Center Expansion Sparks Protests
A local carpenters union is protesting the contractors being used for the expansion of the Mount Nittany Medical Center. They claim the contractors are hiring laborers not local to Centre County and say it undermines area labor standards. Ethan Ellis reports
