Four-star linebacker DJ McClary commits to Penn State

Let the good times continue for Penn State.
After securing a 31-0 shutout against Iowa on Saturday, the Nittany Lions added a key piece to its future on Sunday.
Four-star linebacker DJ McClary announced his commitment to the blue and white and is a major addition to the 2025 class.
He chose the Nittany Lions over a previously announced top eight that included Michigan, Ohio State, Oregon, Rutgers, South Carolina, Tennessee and USC, in addition to Penn State.
The New Jersey native ranks as the No. 109 prospect nationally and the No. 10 linebacker in the country, per On3.
Despite losing a commitment from Top 100 offensive tackle Jaelyne Matthews, Penn State’s Class of 2025 is now back to three members with the addition of McClary.
He joins four-star Texas running back Kiandrea Barker and New Jersey safety Omari Gaines in the Nittany Lions class.
