When it comes to gambling on college football, there are not many things that are more unpredictable than it, but with it being week nine there are great trends to follow. Putting all of these bets together into a nice parlay could make this sports weekend a memorable one.

No. 10 Penn State (-31.5) vs Indiana

Starting off is what looks to be one of the biggest locks of the week which is #10 Penn State (-31.5) against the Indiana Hoosiers.

Penn State is undefeated against the spread this season when favored and undefeated against the spread at home against the spread. Indiana has a losing record against the spread when facing ranked teams as well as when on the road dating back to 2021.

With the Penn State team likely angry regarding their performance against Ohio State expect Beaver Stadium to be spooky for the Hoosiers. The odds for Penn State (-31.5) are at -114 according to FanDuel Sportsbook

No. 21 Tennessee (-3.5) at Kentucky

Following a bye Kentucky has not covered the spread since 2017. Tennessee is following a two-score loss to Alabama where they kept it somewhat competitive.

The Volunteers also are 9-1 in their last ten against the spread in the game after a loss. While the spread is pretty low for this game, I think that Tennessee is a more complete team than Kentucky and it will show in the score.

The odds for Tennessee (-3.5) are at -110 according to FanDuel Sportsbook.

No. 3 Ohio State (-14.5) at Wisconsin

Coming off an impressive win over the Nittany Lions, the Buckeyes have continued to cement their dominance in college football. After seeing what he did to the Nittany Lions secondary, I do not believe there is a secondary in the country that can stop “Maserati Marv” Marvin Harrison.

He will continue to put this offense on his back and the defense will be attacking either an injured Tanner Mordecai or Braedyn Locke. The odds for Ohio State (-14.5) are at -105 according to FanDuel Sportsbook.

Colorado at No. 23 UCLA (-17)

It would not be an article written by me if there was not a hot take in here somewhere. The odds for Colorado moneyline are at (+550) which are crazy odds, but they are crazy enough that it just might work. UCLA is a fringe top-25 team with question marks around the roster. A strong team performance where Colorado’s stars truly shine will be a huge boost for this squad that is in desperate need of a win.

These bets coming together would reach a very strong payout, but if someone is not able to take the risk on Colorado, then the rest combined will still put in a strong shift that will keep people glued to their TV this weekend.
