Week 11 of college football features some intriguing conference matchups, that at the very least will make for an entertaining Saturday packed full of football.

With that being said, here are some tips for this weekend if you intend to place some bets on the great slate ahead.

Some Spreads Worth Taking

No. 8 Alabama at Kentucky

No. 8 Alabama will head to Lexington to take on the Kentucky Wildcats this weekend and are currently 10.5-point favorites.

The Wildcats are currently 6-3 and are currently trying to fight for a decent bowl game.

Alabama on the other hand has a lot more to play for, as their College Football Playoff hopes are still alive and well. Nick Saban and company are looking for a dominant road win to show that they are worthy of a shot at the title and should march into Lexington and take care of business handily.

I like the Crimson Tide -10.5 in this one.

Florida at No. 18 LSU

LSU is coming off of a tough loss to Alabama, which ultimately killed their playoff hopes. But they can still play their way into a good bowl game, but more importantly, show out.

Florida has simply been below expectations this season. The Tigers are currently 13.5-point favorites, and I think it should be higher playing at home.

This seems like an easy pick, I like the Tigers -13.5.

No. 7 Texas at TCU

The Longhorns had an overtime scare versus Kansas State last weekend, and I don't think that it will happen again.

Texas is currently a 10.5-point favorite in this one, and that is since Maalik Murphy is still in line to start.

Quinn Ewers is considered to be “day-to-day” right now per head coach Steve Sarkisian, and if he is upgraded to active before game time, that could change everything.

Regardless, I think Murphy will handle his business, and lead Texas to at least a two-touchdown win. I like Texas -10.5.

Over/Unders to take

Miami (Fl.) at No. 4 Florida State

The over/under currently sitting at 50.5 seems fairly low right now.

Both teams have 30+ point abilities, and with neither team's defense being that great, I see this being a shootout.

Florida State should win by multiple scores, but this over could hit in the first half. This is an easy pick for me.

Rutgers at No. 22 Iowa

The Big Ten West over/under has been wild this season, and this one is crazy. It currently sits at 28.5.

Rutgers has exceeded all expectations this season, and are playing very good football for their standards. Iowa is playing typical Iowa football, a lackluster offense with a tremendous defense.

However, I think that Rutgers will at least be able to score 21 on the Hawkeyes and that terrible Iowa offense will be able to score at least 10 on Rutgers, hitting the over.

No. 18 Utah at No. 5 Washington

The over is relatively low for Pac-12 football in this game, currently set at 51.5.

That is seemingly because Utah has one of the better defenses in the conference.

In this game, both teams need just 26 points to hit the over, and I believe both teams will hit that mark.
