Chappell Roan and Bruno Mars
While it might seem random when first thought about, Chappell Roan and Bruno Mars creating music together could tie in the pop styles of the early 2000s with a more recent pop music style.
Roan’s rise to fame in the past two years has been rapid, yet she has established herself as a new, unique pop artist. Bruno Mars has proven himself as a versatile artist, with his songs ranging from slower paces to more upbeat pop.
While he definitely isn’t irrelevant now, this collab could bring Bruno Mars back into the spotlight by harnessing the power of Roan’s current rapid rise into the music industry.
Most of all, these two would undoubtedly create some hits everyone would want to listen to. Mixing together these two and their different approaches to pop music would surely create some upbeat and catchy new songs. A collab from Roan and Bruno Mars would be unique, unexpected and definitely successful.

DJ Snake and Addison Rae
This collaboration would be like a mix of times. DJ Snake dominated the summer pop scene in the 2010s, and his energetic and classic beats would pair perfectly with Addison Rae’s summer vibe.
Addison Rae, although already having a name for herself through her TikTok career, is now establishing herself as an artist, and she has not disappointed fans with her melodic and sensual songs.
A classic 2015 vibe song is not too far out of her realm, and collaborating with someone who lived in the peak music times would be a game-changer. What particularly triggered this thought was Addison Rae’s song Diet Pepsi.
It feels like the perfect manic pixie vibes that Carly Rae Jepsen and Lorde were giving, but if she were to expand a little bit to the more pop base, she would be giving effortless Zara Larsson or Ellie Goulding.
