Fans of the UCL Champions League should be very pleased with the outcome of this week's Matchday 2 games. Both Wednesday and Thursday, the teams gave us many reasons to be glued to the screen and to stay tuned in.

Union Berlin versus Braga, which was one of the very first games on Tuesday, came fairly close. Braga took it home 3-2 in a thrilling game.

It was Union Berlin's first home game but the outcome was not what they expected in front of their home crowd. The misery continues for Berlin with them now having two losses Real Madrid and Braga.

Despite Braga’s loss, forward Sherlado Beckers had a historic game scoring two goals and 16 assists. He became the first player from Suriname to score two goals in a match.

Up to the very last second, the game was close, but Braga separated the score with the last kick of the game. It was made by André Castro.

Braga now advances to 1-1 and is second behind Real Madrid in Group C.

With Manchester being 0-2 in the league, they were looking to secure a win against Galatasaray. That was not the case. Galatasaray came from behind, and won it, defeating Manchester United 3-2.

Manchester's only glimpse of hope for the full 90 minutes was Rasmus Hojlund, scoring twice and making 13 passes. His first goal came 17 minutes into the game giving Manchester a 1-0 lead. In the second half, he scored again to put them up 2-1 67 minutes into the game.

On the flip side, the star player for Galatasaray was forward Mauro Icardi. He scored the game-winning kick 81 minutes into the game to put them up 3-2. They are now second behind Bayern Munich in Group A.

Man Cities midfielder Phil Foden scored one goal to go with six shots and five crosses against RB Leipzig. His goal was made 25’ minutes into the game to put his team up 1-0. The final score was 3-1 in favor of Man City.

Lois Openda and Youssef Poulson of RP Leipzig made an effort with a total of 16 passes, one goal and one assist, but it wasn't enough to beat their opponent.

Matchday three of six will start on Tuesday, Oct. 24 and wrap up on Wednesday. During this time, fans will be able to get their popcorn ready and watch 16 more exciting matches in the UCL League.
