At the start of the episode, castaways Nate of the Hina tribe and MC of the Kele tribe were sent on a journey.

For the journey, they had to transfer bags from one side of the beach to the other. If they failed to transfer all the bags within a certain time, they would both lose their vote.

After moving many of the sandbags, they discovered a note revealing that an advantage was hidden in the woods. They both searched for a while but couldn’t find it and had to return to moving sandbags before time ran out.

In the end, they transferred all the sandbags. While neither found an advantage, neither lost their vote.

At the immunity challenge, both tribes were neck and neck throughout. In the end, the Kele tribe won its second immunity challenge in a row, sending the Hina tribe back to Tribal Council.

As a reward, the Kele tribe received live chickens to cook. Players were hesitant to kill the chickens, but Alex took one for the team, and they ended up with chicken for dinner.

For the Hina tribe, the obvious choice to vote out was Jason, as he was on the outs. However, Jawon — a member of the main alliance — had annoyed Savannah, another alliance member, so much that she considered flipping the vote against him.

In the end, cooler heads prevailed, and Jason was voted out and had his torch snuffed.
