Caring Kiss
Matt Gallenstein, 52, shares a kiss with Bridget Satkowski, 51, after fixing and returning her car. Satkowski has been rescuing cats for three years after the local shelter in Maysville stopped taking cats. She and her friend, Karen Hopkins, 55, started Friends of Mason County Animals. Since she started, she's rescued 250 cats. She also manages the public defender's office, where she has worked for 29 years. She wants to retire at 55 to devote more time to the rescue.
